The School:

Providing transitional, full time education and support for learners who are not accessing mainstream schools; This school is committed to working with young people and their families, so together they can support them back into full time education in school, further education or employment.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Building students confidence, self-esteem and independence
• Developing and promoting positive relationships with staff, other learners and parents
• Improving individual academic success

The candidate we are looking for:

• A basic understanding of special educational needs is desirable.
• Experience working in a school environment or within a role for helping those with both learning and physical difficulties.
• Have excellent communication and listening skills.
