  • Inspire students to think critically, question confidently and explore the world through Science

  • Be part of a collaborative, well-resourced Science department with a shared commitment to excellence

  • Contribute to a positive learning culture where behaviour supports learning and ambition is the norm

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from:

  • Qualified Teachers of Science (QTS)

  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) — excellent mentoring and induction support provided

  • Specialists in Biology, Chemistry or Physics (all considered)

You will be:

  • Passionate about Science and education

  • Committed to high expectations and inclusive teaching

  • Eager to develop professionally and make a real impact

What’s On Offer

  • A supportive leadership team that values staff wellbeing

  • A strong ECT programme with dedicated mentoring

  • Well-equipped laboratories and resources

  • A positive, respectful school culture

  • Free, ample on-site parking

  • Excellent transport links from Milton Keynes and surrounding areas
