Teacher of Science

Start Date: September 2025
Full-Time Position

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dynamic and committed Teacher of Science to join a forward-thinking secondary school. The ideal candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner who prioritises student learning and engagement, with a passion for inspiring and enthusing young people in their Science curriculum.

As a Teacher of Science, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

  • Foster a culture of care and challenge within the classroom, encouraging students to achieve their best.

  • Implement and uphold the school’s behaviour policy to ensure a calm and purposeful learning environment.

  • Be an inspiring role model, encouraging students to develop a love for Science and academic success.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Passion for Science and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons.

  • Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.

  • Strong classroom management skills.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

We are looking for a teacher who is dedicated to fostering an environment of academic excellence, where students can thrive both inside and outside of the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
