Job Title: Teacher of Food Technology

Location: Thanet

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Start Date: 2nd September 2019

Pay Range: ÂŁ120.00 to ÂŁ170.00 per day

Teacher of Food Technology || Thanet

An Ofsted Good School in Thanet are looking for a qualified Food Technology Teacher or NQT for September 2019. They are seeking a Food Technology Teacher/Food Technology NQT who can teach KS3,4 & 5 (desirable), and deliver engaging & informative Food Technology lessons daily.

Newly Qualified Food Technology Teachers (NQT) will be enrolled onto the Schools very own bespoke NQT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced DT & Food Technology Teachers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Food Technology Teacher
  • Newly Qualified Food Technology Teachers urged to apply.
  • Supportive NQT induction: 1:1 SLT Mentor, In & Out of house training, fellow peers support, aims & objectives and lesson observations
  • September 2019 start - Full Time.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must have UK QTS or be in the process of obtaining or have plenty of experience of working in UK schools.
  • Must have experience teaching Food Technology
  • Must be an ambitious individual, that is keen to progress at the School
  • Strong academics throughout: GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a large team of Teachers!
