Teacher of English for NG2 schools

Job description

A secondary school in the Nottingham area is looking for a full time English teacher to join their English department following the October half term. This full time English teaching position is to start on 6^th January 2020 and will be for the remainder of the academic year fulfilling an upcoming maternity cover. The successful English teacher will be required to teach across both English Language and Literature up to GCSE level. Therefore any prior experience of teaching this syllabus is highly desirable.

The school are looking for an English teacher that can commit to the entire duration of the maternity cover. The successfully appointed English teacher can be of any experience level from newly qualified or more experienced in their teaching career with applications encouraged from all levels.

Full time English teacher required: KS3 and KS4

Pay will be dependent upon payscale and experience:

Payrolled on a supply basis via Teaching Personnel for the duration of the placement

Duration: January 2020 until the end of the academic year

Possibility to secure a school based contract depending on the right candidate given the availability in the English department
