Teacher of Dram

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Drama to join one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time basis. This role involves delivering Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students to express themselves and develop vital life skills through performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Drama lessons at KS3 and KS4.

• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, communication, and collaborative skills through performance and creative projects.

• Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.

• Using consistent and effective behaviour management strategies.

• Contributing to the wider cultural life of the school, including extracurricular activities and productions.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent) in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject.

• Be able to demonstrate strong subject knowledge and creativity in teaching practice.

• Be resilient, reflective, and motivated to support students in overcoming barriers to learning.

• Value inclusion and individuality, and be committed to raising aspirations for all pupils.
