Job description
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Teacher of Drama to join one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time basis. This role involves delivering Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, inspiring students to express themselves and develop vital life skills through performance.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering high-quality Drama lessons at KS3 and KS4.

Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, communication, and collaborative skills through performance and creative projects.

Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.

Using consistent and effective behaviour management strategies.

Contributing to the wider cultural life of the school, including extracurricular activities and productions.
The successful candidate will:

Hold QTS (or equivalent) in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject.

Be able to demonstrate strong subject knowledge and creativity in teaching practice.

Be resilient, reflective, and motivated to support students in overcoming barriers to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
