Are you a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a full-time Drama Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.

  • Inspire students to develop creativity, confidence, and collaboration skills through performance.

  • Differentiate lessons to support pupils of varying abilities and needs.

  • Use strong behaviour management to create a positive and purposeful classroom.

  • Contribute to extracurricular drama opportunities and wider school life.

We are looking for:

  • A qualified Drama Teacher (QTS or equivalent) or an ECT with strong subject knowledge.

  • Someone creative, resilient, and motivated to make a difference in a diverse school community.

  • A teacher who can balance high expectations with empathy and encouragement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
