Role Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Inspire students to develop creativity, confidence, and collaboration skills through performance.

Differentiate lessons to support pupils of varying abilities and needs.

Use strong behaviour management to create a positive and purposeful classroom.

Contribute to extracurricular drama opportunities and wider school life.

A qualified Drama Teacher (QTS or equivalent) or an ECT with strong subject knowledge.
