We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established secondary school in Stafford (ST17) for an enthusiastic and driven Teacher Leader of Mathematics.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding classroom practitioner looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in raising GCSE outcomes and improving student progress.
The role:
- Lead on improving KS4 Maths outcomes
- Analyse data and coordinate targeted interventions
- Support students to achieve their GCSE targets
- Work closely with students, parents and colleagues
- Contribute to curriculum and assessment development
- Share best practice and support excellent teaching
- Champion progress for disadvantaged and vulnerable students

- An excellent Maths teacher with GCSE experience
- A teacher with high expectations and a passion for achievement
- Someone confident using data to drive improvement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
