Job description

Job Tilie: Early years teacher.

Pay rate: £130 - £180

Teaching personnel are currently looking to recruit an Early year’s teacher in the St Austell area. We are looking for someone who is gentle, kind and nurturing. Someone who is empathetic, understanding and willing to go the extra miles to help the children. We are looking to place you in an early years setting that is loving, playful, caring. Requirements:

  • A degree in Early childhood studies/education.
  • GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths.
  • Experience working with young children.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Have patience and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • You must be able to communicate with the parents.
  • You need to be creative and enthusiastic.
  • Be able to plan activities/lessons for difference stages of learning.
  • Have observational and assessment skills.
  •  Be able to work as part as a team.
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
