Teaching Personnel are currently working with a school in Skegness who are looking for Teaching Assistants/ Learning support assistants.If you have previous experience in a Support Worker role, or have previously supported people with Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties )SLD) , Autism (ASC) and Physical Disabilities (PD), please get in touch.

We have found that people with this experience have been a huge success within our schools and become high quality Teaching Assistants.  We are looking for people who are proactive and can work on their own initiative within a busy, ever-changing environment. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of SEN, in particular ASC/SLD/PMLD/MLD.

A Moving and Handling and /or Team Teach qualification or other Intervention training would be advantageous, but is not essential. Training can be provided by Teaching Personnel.
