Job description

Supply teachers required assist schools with their staffing and timetabling when they return to full capacity. Given the uncertain nature of schools returning in the upcoming months we are looking to recruit flexible supply teachers to ensure we can provide flexible work to our supply teaches as there will be a heightened demand for supply staff when schools return to full capacity. 

Teaching Personnel currently support 85% of secondary schools across Greater Manchester so will be able to provide our teachers with the work they require. If you are looking to work 1 or 5 days a week we can provide this for you in schools across the LEAs of Manchester, Tameside, Stockport, Derbyshire, Cheshire East and Trafford. 

As a supply teacher you will be given the opportunity to teach in a variety of local secondary schools, teaching across a variety of subject ad year groups. As a supply teacher you will be able to continue your passion for education but on a reduced workload without the additional pressures of planning and marking that comes with permanent employment.

Essential criteria for the supply teacher role;

· Qualified teacher status in the UK

· School based references

· Experience delivering the UK curriculum 

· Fully enhanced DBS certificate
