Flexible Supply Teaching Opportunities Across Trafford and Surrounding Areas

Are you a qualified teacher looking for a flexible role that allows you to make a real difference in children's lives? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting supply teachers to work across Trafford and nearby locations, providing essential support to schools when they need it most.

This role offers complete flexibility, making it ideal for educators who prefer not to commit to full-time work or who want greater control over their schedule. Each day brings a new challenge, requiring adaptability and a passion for helping children thrive in varied learning environments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A solid understanding of the current national curriculum
  • Experience teaching in a classroom setting
  • The ability to quickly adapt to different classroom dynamics and student needs

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment
  • Engaging students with the provided lesson content and supporting their learning

This opportunity is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with weekly updates to your availability so we can match you with suitable placements. You’ll also have the option to specify your preferred year groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
