Are you looking for flexible supply work in the Southampton area? Are you a fully qualified teacher or graduate looking for a new opportunity? Teaching Personnel are recruiting for Supply/Cover Teachers for our Secondary Schools in Southampton!
A role as a Supply Teacher gives you the chance to work on a flexible basis with a timetable to suit your availability. Teaching Personnel can offer you regular work with either day to day, short term cover or supply covering long term pre-planned absences. The role of a supply teacher can involve covering a range of subjects or covering in your particular subject area, depending on your preference.
If you are a graduate interested in a career in teaching, you would be able to work through Teaching Personnel as Cover Supervisors will be required to lead lessons when planned and unplanned absences arise. The majority of the work will already be set by the absent class teacher or head of department and it will be your role to supervise the classroom, ensuring that safeguarding and behaviour policies are followed.
