About the Role

As an SEN Supply Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging, tailored lessons to pupils with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties. You’ll work across specialist and mainstream settings in Salisbury, adapting your approach to create inclusive, positive learning environments!


What You’ll Do

  • Teach small classes, adapting lessons to meet individual needs
  • Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment that encourages progress and confidence
  • Collaborate with school staff and SENCOs to implement effective strategies
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using proven techniques

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) and experience in SEN or inclusive education
  • A flexible, proactive approach and strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with pupils and staff quickly
  • A compassionate approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
