Supply Teacher

Teaching Personnel work with a number of schools in East Sussex; particularly in Seaford, Newhaven, Peacehaven and Lewes. We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work in our schools in a variety of roles, these include:

• Day to day supply cover*
• Maternity Cover
• Long term sickness cover
• Catch-up and Intervention roles
• Permanent positions

Teaching Personnel are the market leaders in Education Recruitment and have received excellent feedback from both teachers and schools in regards to our candidate care and overall level of service. Successful applicants will have the following:

• UK QTS
• A genuine passion for teaching and education
• A positive and professional attitude at all times
• Good behaviour management skills
• Availability of at least 3 days a week
• Recent teaching experience (within the last 3 years)

*Teaching Personnel have worked tirelessly to ensure teachers and schools are safe at this time. We have introduced a new Covid Secure Self Certification System which we require all our candidates to log into weekly to update us on their status. We have also been minimising the number of different schools our teachers go into, encouraging continuity as much as physcially possible and keeping teachers as local as possible whilst still finding them regular work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
