About the Opportunity: Teaching Personnel, a leading educational agency, is currently seeking qualified Supply Teachers to join their team in Dorset. This opportunity offers flexibility and variety, allowing teachers to work on a temporary basis in a range of schools across Southampton. Key Details:
- Location: Dorset United Kingdom
- Position Type: Temporary, Supply Basis
- Bonus Incentives: Qualified supply teachers will receive a bonus of £150 after working 25 days. Additionally, the first booking will include a £50 bonus for joining teaching, on top of their rate for that day.
- DBS Funding: DBS checks can be funded for eligible candidates.
- Payment Structure: Weekly pay through PAYE, eliminating the need for costly umbrella companies.
- Support and Training: Dedicated sector-specific consultant to provide personalized support. Free safeguard training is provided, and access to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities is available if desired.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience working as a teacher in a school setting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students.
