Exciting Cover Supervisor Opportunities in North Hampshire Secondary Schools!

Position Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a supportive and engaging learning environment for secondary school students. You will have the opportunity to work across the age and attainment spectrum, covering classes at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This is an excellent chance to gain valuable classroom experience, develop your teaching skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students in their learning and provide assistance when needed.
  • Uphold the school's policies and procedures to create a safe and inclusive environment.
