Supply Secondary Teachers - Required now for Dorset

A number of schools in Dorset would like to build up a base of regular supply staff for the Spring term, and we are seeking the ideal candidates on their behalf. Various day-to-day placements are available across the secondary level, offering the perfect opportunity to extend and diversify your classroom experience, whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance and earning a competitive rate of pay. Long-term placements will also be up for grabs, with potential for these to lead onto permanent positions in the future - if this is something that you're interested in.

Suitable applicants must have relevant experience and a valid DBS check. Both Qualified Teachers and NQTs are welcome, providing that you are confident in your ability to teach across KS3 and KS4 and demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.

It is important that you can deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum, incorporating innovative and creative activities to promote children's development and maintain their interest.

Due to the nature of supply work, you must also be flexible and willing to travel between 5 and 20 miles for work (i.e. up to a 45 minute commute).
