Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a reliable and adaptable Teacher to work across schools in Sunderland on a daily supply basis. Due to high demand each morning, we are looking for a committed professional to join our Guaranteed Work Scheme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the chance to work in different school environments while having the security of guaranteed pay.
About the Role:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on your preference and experience)

Working on a day-to-day basis in a range of local schools
-
Being available and ready for work each morning for same-day bookings (unless pre-booked in advance)
GWS:
We are extremely busy each morning with last-minute bookings. In return for your commitment to being available and prepared for work each day:

You will be paid for one day fewer than your stated weekly availability

This payment is guaranteed whether we secure work for you or not
-
For example, if you are available 5 days per week, you will be paid for 4 days as a minimum
The Ideal Candidte:
-
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Be confident delivering lessons across the primary phase (or your chosen key stage)
-
Be flexible, punctual, and reliable
-
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
-
Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
