Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint multiple students who are currently looking to begin their career in education. These positions are commencing in September 2019 and will involve working in various specialist provisions in the Manchester/ Rochdale and Oldham area. These positions would be suitable for students who are currently looking to explore the option of a career in education.

These roles will involve working from 8.30 - 3.30pm 5 days per week so it would suit students who are proactive and are looking to pursue a career in education. Due to the nature of the needs of the pupils it would be ideal for graduates to have some experience in dealing with individuals who can display signs of challenging behaviour in either a professional or personal capacity.

The positions will suit students who are:

  • Highly resilient
  • Have the ability to build positive relationships with Teachers and pupils
  • Have a passion for supporting pupils with SEMH, interaction difficulties and with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
