Sports Graduate Opportunity – SEN Support Role in Schools | Black Country | September Start

Location: Schools Across the Black Country
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with SEN in mainstream and specialist school settings

  • Helping create inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environments

  • Collaborating closely with teaching staff and SEN coordinators


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent graduate in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or related degree

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A passion for working with children and young people, especially those with SEN

  • Ability to stay calm, patient, and adaptable in challenging situations

  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in SEN support and education

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and availability for term-time work
