Teaching Personnel are working with a alternative provision in Hull who are looking for a Sports Graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant starting in September for the new academic year

Teaching Assistant Role:

• To work alongside key school staff to improve students overall behaviour and approach to academic learning
• To establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and mentor
• To undertake structured and agreed learning activities/programmes on a one-to-one and/or small group basis, taking into consideration varying learning styles
• To challenge and motivate pupils, promoting and reinforcing self-esteem alongside providing levels of individual pastoral support to pupils
• Live in or be able to commute to the Hull area
• Monday to Friday 08:30 to 15:30
