Sports Coach Teaching Assistant

If so, Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of our exciting client schools as a Sports Coach/Teaching Assistant at a mainstream secondary school in Manchester.

Key information:

• This school is easy to commute to from the surrounding areas of Whalley Range, Stretford, and Hulme.
• This role is due to start in September.
• This will be a full-time role.
• The salary for this role will be between £415 and £475 per week dependent on your previous experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions for students across different age groups.
• Assist teachers in the classroom, providing support to students with their learning.
• Help organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events.
• Support students with their physical development and well-being.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential.
