Are you passionate about sports and education? Are you interested in working with young people and helping them develop their skills both on the field and in the classroom? If so, Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of our exciting client schools as a Sports Coach/Teaching Assistant at a mainstream secondary school in Manchester.
Key information:
- This school is easy to commute to from the surrounding areas of Whalley Range, Stretford, and Hulme.
- This role is due to start in September.
- This will be a full-time role.
- The salary for this role will be between £415 and £475 per week dependent on your previous experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions for students across different age groups.
- Assist teachers in the classroom, providing support to students with their learning.
- Help organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events.
- Support students with their physical development and well-being.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for working with young people and helping them reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
