Speech and Language TA required for SEN provision in Harrow

A local primary schools in Harrow is looking to appoint a primary Teaching Assistants and LSA for a range of part-time, full-time and permanent roles

More specifically the schools is looking for a Speech and Language Graduate TA or someone who has first hand experience of supporting pupils with Speech and Language difficulties. The role would be to support a child with conduct 1:1 support for a child in year 5. The school is looking for people who are local or happy to travel to Harrow for work. The school would like someone who is committed, reliable and flexible. An individual that can motivate and really provide the pupil with confidence to complete work to their highest standard.

The role of a teaching assistant in to todays market is extremely competitive. Most TA's are Graduates or have been working within the education sector for many years. Therefore individuals who are passionate, skilled and seriously committed to a long standing role within this sector will be strongly considered for the role.

Additional courses are favourable including PECS, Makaton,Phonics and Manual Handling.
