Teaching Assistant – Empowering Learners with Diverse Educational Needs (Greater Norwich Area)

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing tailored support to students with additional learning needs.

  • Using targeted strategies to enhance student confidence, communication, and autonomy.

  • Delivering life skills alongside literacy and numeracy foundations.

  • Cultivating a safe and supportive space that promotes self-esteem and belonging.

  • Crafting dynamic lessons that encourage teamwork and social growth.

Requirements:

  • A valid full UK driving licence.

  • Ideally available for a full-time (Monday–Friday) position.

  • Dementia or forensic care

  • The prison service or police force

  • Ministry of Defence roles

  • Other high-engagement, people-oriented sectors

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
