Your Role Will Include:

• Providing bespoke support to students with additional educational needs.

• Using targeted strategies to build confidence, communication, and independence.

• Teaching essential life skills alongside core literacy and numeracy.

• Creating a safe, supportive space where every child feels valued and included.

• Delivering engaging sessions that promote teamwork and social growth.

• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Committed to their own learning and professional growth.

Essential Requirements:

• A full, valid UK driving licence.

• Availability for a full-time role (Monday to Friday preferred).

Ideal Backgrounds May Include Experience In:

• Norfolk Steps

• Dementia or forensic care

• Prison service or police work

• Ministry of Defence

• Other people-focused, high-responsibility professions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
