We are partnering with a highly respected SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Hertfordshire seeking a dedicated and proactive Teacher to immediately join their team. The Role: High Impact, Specialism, and Growth
This role is centered on both academic delivery and crucial emotional development, offering a high level of responsibility:

Core Subject Leadership: Engage in sessions focused on core subjects, primarily English and Maths, differentiating lessons to meet the unique learning needs of all children.

Proactive Behaviour Management: Consistently implement routines and expectations and strictly follow individual behaviour support plans to maintain a positive and predictable classroom climate.

Team Leadership: Effectively liaise and deploy support staff (Teaching Assistants) to enhance learning outcomes.

Monitoring & Assessment: Rigorously assess and monitor children’s learning and developmental progress.

Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional empathy and necessary qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Proven experience supporting children with SEN/SEMH or a demonstrable passion and keen interest to pursue this specialist area.

A kind, caring, and patient manner coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with all members of staff.

Full-time availability for an immediate or swift start.
