Contract Type: Fixed Term
Hours: 35.5 hours per week (Term Time + 1) ⏰

About the Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking multiple full-time Teaching Assistants to support pupils with social and communication difficulties, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), at a well-regarded independent school near Cromer. This fixed-term role runs until 17th July 2026, with potential for extension.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is compassionate, patient, and caring

- Has some experience working with pupils with social communication needs or ASD

- Can be adaptable, resourceful, and work well as part of a team

- Is motivated to inspire and support pupils’ learning ✨

- Psychology graduates are especially welcome to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
