Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
Join a small successful secondary school and make a real impact on the lives of young people with special educational needs. This role is ideal for an experienced candidates looking to secure a long term position.
Highlights of this special educational needs teaching assistant position;
- Full time role commencing February
- Working closely with students with SEN and learning difficulties
- Stockport based secondary school, good accessibility from the M60 motor way
- GBP1250 - GBP1350 per month dependant on experience
The successful teaching assistant will be responsible for working with individuals and small groups of students with special educational needs and learning difficulties. They will help plan and deliver lessons by preparing materials and resources as well as provide academic and social support inside and outside of the class room. We are looking for a passionate individual who will be able to encouraging students to achieve their potential.
To apply for this role, candidates must have experience working with young people with special educational needs.
This popular and oversubscribed secondary school is located in Stockport. Due to its location, the school is easily accessible from the M60 motor way and surrounding areas of Cheshire East, Tameside and South Manchester. The school is highly reputable in the area for its excellent results and positive school ethos. As a result, the school has been graded by Ofsted to be a good school with many outstanding features.
