Are you a sociology teacher comfortable teaching A-level? Or are you a humanities teacher that is comfortable teaching Sociology? If so, one of our partner schools need your help!

The school, based near to the Bradley Stoke Area, is highly regarded in local community and has an established leadership team that most recently achieved ‘Good’ in their Ofsted report last year. The role is part-time (0.6 FTE), with the school looking to interview candidates as soon as possible to start immediately.

To be successful, you will:

  • Hold QTS or QTLS
  • Have experience teaching Sociology at both GCSE and A-level
  • Be able to create engaging lessons that both stimulate and develop students’ knowledge
  • Be a good team player that can integrate quickly into a successful and well-established department
  • Have good classroom presence and behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
