Job description

Food Technology Cover – SEN Provision – Tiverton

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and adaptable individual to cover Food Technology lessons at a specialist SEN provision in Tiverton. This role is to cover a planned absence starting from 8th October 2025, with cover expected to continue until December.

Key Details:

  • Location: Tiverton
  • Start Date: 08/10/2025
  • Days: Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursday
  • Hours: 07:50 – 15:00
  • Pay: £120 – £150 per day
  • No planning or preparation required

About the Role:

You will be leading Food Technology lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, all of whom have EHCPs and diagnoses, including autism and ADHD. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Food Tech TA and class TAs throughout the day.

  • Individuals with a background in catering or hospitality

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
