Part-time SENDCO
0.5 FTE (working Thurs & Fri each week and alternate Wednesdays)
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic SENDCO to work as part of a job share, covering a maternity leave. You should have or be working towards the SENDCO qualification and be able to show experience of successes within a SEND framework. You will be supported with mentoring and line management from a member of the Leadership Team. You will be an outstanding teacher with a proven ability to raise standards and achievement - one who shares our drive and passion to inspire our students with the love of your subject and the motivation to ensure every student achieves their full potential.
The school is ever expanding due to great pupil success, and you will be joining a thriving community.
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven and notable SENDCO experience (minimum 1 year desirable).
- Can work productively and cooperatively as part of a school team.
- Be committed to a long-term, part-time role.
We will:
- Provide you with weekly competitive pay, which ties in line with the main pay scale. Prior to engaging in a permanent contract directly with the school.
- Provide you with a dedicated consultant, who will help you through the registration and interview process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
