SEN Tutor – Make a Lasting Difference in a Child’s Life

Location: Newton Abbot (TQ postcode area) Pay: Up to £50 per hour Flexible Hours | Ongoing Opportunities

At TP Tutors, we’re looking for compassionate, committed individuals to deliver 1:1 tuition for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

We offer flexible, rewarding work supporting students who need personalised, consistent learning tailored to their unique needs.

Your Role:

  • Deliver 1:1 tailored tuition to students with SEND

  • Create engaging, student-centred learning plans

  • Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed

  • Collaborate with families and professionals to support success

What You’ll Need:

  • Relevant SEN teaching or support experience

  • Strong understanding of diverse learning needs

  • Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability

  • A genuine passion for helping young people thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
