SEN Tutor – Swindon

Hourly Rate: £20–£30 | Start: ASAP | Flexible Hours

Who We’re Looking For:

Do you have a passion for supporting children and young people with special needs? We want to hear from you!

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, reliable SEN Tutor to join our team in Swindon. If you’re a qualified teacher or have 3+ years of hands-on SEN experience, you could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess: Understand each learner’s needs and strengths
  • Plan: Develop tailored lesson plans and schemes of work
  • Deliver: Provide engaging 1:1 or small group sessions
  • Support: Work with students with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia
  • Review: Track progress and adapt your approach as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • QTS or 3+ years’ experience working with SEN students
  • Proven background supporting autism, ADHD, and dyslexia
  • Ability to adapt lessons and resources for different learning styles
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
