Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs? We're looking for an experienced and empathetic SEN Tutor based in Swindon to join our dedicated team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate tutor who has experience working with students with Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. You will be responsible for assessing individual learning needs, planning personalised learning strategies, and delivering tailored one-to-one sessions that help each learner thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess students’ educational needs and learning styles

Create and deliver tailored schemes of work and lesson plans

Support students with Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia in reaching their academic goals

Track and report on student progress

Communicate effectively with parents/carers and other professionals
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience supporting students with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia

Strong knowledge of differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices

Ability to plan and deliver engaging, bespoke learning sessions

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A caring, patient and flexible approach

Teaching qualification or relevant SEN experience preferred
Location: Swindon (in-person tutoring)
Rate: £20–£25 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Flexible, part-time or full-time opportunities available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
