Your Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver personalised lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Monitor attendance, progress, and engagement via our digital platform
  • Communicate effectively with TP Tutors, parents/carers, and school staff
  • Champion safeguarding and provide a safe, nurturing environment
  • Adapt your approach for in-person or remote tuition

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or relevant SEN qualifications
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN, EHCPs, or additional needs
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine empathy
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting 1:1 or small groups
  • Strong understanding of a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and more
  • Confident managing challenging behaviours and using positive interventions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
