SEN Teaching Assistants – Bude & Surrounding Areas

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
Do you want a rewarding role in a school environment where you can make a real difference?

Teaching Personnel is looking for experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Bude and surrounding areas. Both full-time and flexible supply opportunities are available.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Available for a minimum of 3 days per week (full-time roles also available)

  • Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting

  • Knowledge or experience of SEND

  • Confidence supporting pupils from EYFS to Year 6

  • Level 2 childcare qualification or equivalent desirable, though strong experience will also be considered


The Role:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis

  • Help children access learning and achieve their potential

  • Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to deliver individualised support

  • Promote inclusion, positive behaviour, and emotional wellbeing in the classroom
