Passionate SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted – East London

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Part-Time & Daily Cover)
Location: East London (Tower Hamlets, Newham, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham)
Start Date: Immediate & September 2025 opportunities
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience

We're looking for committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join fantastic schools across East London. Whether you prefer full-time, part-time, or flexible daily work, we have roles to suit you.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, PMLD, SLD, SEMH, and Speech & Language needs
  • Providing 1:1 or small group assistance
  • Helping with personal care (experience valued but not essential)
  • Creating an inclusive, positive learning environment
  • Working alongside teachers and SENCOs

We're Looking For:

  • Experience with ASD, ADHD, PMLD, SLD, SEMH or Speech & Language
  • Comfort with personal care (a bonus)
  • Patience, adaptability and a passion for SEN support
  • Availability for full-time, part-time or daily cover

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
