Location: South London

Pay: £70 - £90 (depending on experience)

Role: Full Time, or day to day supply

Are you looking for an opportunity to work within fantastic primary schools in South London?

We are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to work within Primary Schools. Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have experience within an education setting and have a high understanding and experience of working with children.

The role of an SEN Teaching Assistant is to provide support and assist the Teacher ensuring all students within the class are on track and always learning. And quite often are placed with 1-1 pupils.

The qualities that we are looking for:

  • Recent Teaching Assistant experience within a school
  • Confident knowing the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum  
  • Reliable, passionate, and personable
  • Conducting observations and providing feedback to staff and parents
  • A good command of the English language – written and oral
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students
  •

This position is ideal for teaching assistants with great experience working within SEN looking to use their valuable experience.

If you do not have the qualifications above but have experience working with children in another capacity for example: Youth work, mentoring and support work then please do apply as we have a number of other positions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
