Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Salary: £85–£105 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Support children with needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised support and adapt learning activities.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and engagement throughout the school day.
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to observations and reviews.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where every child can succeed.
