Job description

As a Primary SEN Teacher, quality is of the upmost importance to us and we are looking for a dedicated teacher to develop our Client's highly motivated students; you will take on the role of 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant for a pupil with additional needs located in Horsham.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills

 • Strong experience differentiating for SEN pupils

• A clear understanding of child development and the learning processes

• Conflict Resolution Techniques

Responsibilities Include

SEN Teaching Assistants will work alongside key school staff to reduce levels of unauthorised absence and improve levels of attendance and behaviour. Our staff establishes productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model. Your role would include undertaking structured and agreed learning activities/programmes, both on a 1-2-1 and small group basis, taking into consideration pupil learning styles.
