Supply Teacher – Part Time and Full Time available
Location – Hedge End
Start date – February 2026
We are currently seeking confident and committed Primary Supply Teachers to support a range of friendly and well-regarded primary schools across Hedge End and nearby areas. This flexible role is perfect for teachers who enjoy variety, value work-life balance and want to make a meaningful difference across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
About You:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Have recent experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2.
- Bring a calm, adaptable, and positive approach to supply work.
- Demonstrate strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management.
- Feel confident delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Are professional, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing high-quality teaching across day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply bookings.
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons while adapting to the needs of different learners.
- Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
- Working closely with school teams and following safeguarding and school policies.
