SEN Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a school in Bromley and we are looking to hire teaching assistants to support their team on a full- or part-time basis ASAP. The school caters for children and young people aged from 5 to 19 years who have been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and therefore look for staff with either Primary or Secondary teaching experience, and experience working with children with SEN, specifically ASC. If you are available 3 days or more per week between 8.30am and 4pm, then please do get in touch. There is free parking at the school and the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff with a temp-to-perm contract, should the school wish to take you on further.

In order to be considered:

- SEN experience - working with SEN students (especially interested if have experience working with children with ASC)
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Willing to provide 2 references
- Willing to complete a DBS or have a Child Workforce DBS which is already on the update service

In return:

- GBP65 - 85 per day, depending on experience
- Dedicated consultant

- Flexibility in hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
