Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on the behalf of a client school in Middleton (M24) with the school rated ‘GOOD’ at its latest Ofsted inspection.
The school are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support children across KS1 and KS2 with a range of specific needs such as ADHD, SEMH and severe behavioural issues.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in an educational setting with children with SEND and be eager to enhance their knowledge and experience within a primary school in north Manchester.
To be considered for this role you will be flexible and committed to support the academic progress of all the children in your care.
The role will start in October after all the necessary vetting checks have been completed for the candidate. The role will run for the remainder of the academic year with the opportunity for a school based contract for the right person.
The ideal candidate will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with a range of learning disabilities.
- Monitor Track and Support children’s learning development with SEND
- Work closely with the SENCO to monitor progression with all children in your care
This primary school in Middleton is easily accessible with transport links and can offer support from an ‘OUTSTANDING’ team.
