Are you a Teaching Assistant with a strong interest in Special Educational Needs? If so, we have just the role for you!

Our Specialist SEN branch is currently looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant in Norwich.

This rewarding position involves supporting PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and has an immediate start date.  Our welcoming partner school requires passionate and engaging TA’s to support their learners with a tailored curriculum and aid them in their social, emotional and academic development through positive behaviour management, positive engagement  and encouragement to take part.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have some experience working with Challenging Behaviour
  • Be calm and resilient
  • Have an understanding of SEN and in particular PMLD
  • Be a motivated and reliable individual, who is able take directions from the SENCO and other Education professionals within the school.
