An Enfield school is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, the successful candidate will be someone who has a passion to support children with SEN in a classroom based environment and have a passion to make a difference to their lives and education.

You will be working alongside the class teacher and 2 other teaching assistants to support the children in the class. You will be involved in weekly training and staff meetings. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to pursue a teaching career or gain experience in the education sector.

Person Specification 

The successful Primary SEN TA:

• Is dedicated and engaging.
• Is confident and able to work across all ages and needs across the school
• Is committed to ensuring pupils make good sustained progress and encourage pupils to reach their full potential through engaging and stimulating teaching.
• Will be experienced in working with students with special educational needs either in a paid or personal capacity
• Will have an up to date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS
• Has right to work in the UK
