Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant Required
We are working with a school that provides a holistic service to children with autistic spectrum conditions and who offer day or residential placements.
The role itself offers the following:
- Support the delivery of all lessons and helping to engage students
- You will be integral in encouraging and developing the students confidence & independence as well as helping to develop social, vocational & life skills
- You will liaise with teachers and support staff to develop educational plans.
- The age range ranges from 8-19 years of age for both boys & girls.
Do you have the following role requirements?
- Experience of working with Special Educational Needs students including autism & behaviour management.
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for education and supporting students
- Any other relevant experience
About Teaching Personnel
