Are you an experienced SEN TA in the Scarborough area?
Are you looking for a new opportunity?
I work with a Behaviour Unit in Scarborough, who get referrals from local Schools and authorities, for pupils being excluded from mainstream schools. With this in mind, Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants with experience with Autism. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong knowledge of SEN and be confident to support on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis. Someone who is pro-active and Team Teach Trained would be ideal for this role.
Daily rates range from £50.44 - £70.00 depending on experience and qualifications. For more information call Kerry Fowler on 01482 312042 and send your up to date CV
Teaching Personnel have been established for over 20 years and have built strong working relationships with the local SEN Schools and Provisions.
Teaching Personnel believe that looking after our candidates is as important as looking after our clients. We are different to other teaching agencies as we continue to support our candidates after they have started their new job and offer a vast choice of CPD courses, to continue to up-skill yourself as the market changes.
Teaching Personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and as such you will be subject to child safety checks, including two recent work references.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Hold a UK Teaching Assistant Qualification
* Enhanced Child Only DBS, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 6 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
Last year we found work for thousands of teachers and support staff and with top rates of pay for teachers and support staff, Teaching Personnel should be your only point of call when looking for a new role.
* Fair and competitive rates of pay
* Priority access to our CPD courses
* Refer a friend scheme with £50 bonuses
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
