Duration: 8th of March start, with both daily supply and long-term roles available.

Pay: GBP-70+ per day (paid on a weekly basis – negotiable dependant on experience and references)

Do you have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Tutor or working closely with adolescent (youth/child) mental health?

Children with mental health needs thrive from having exceptional hard working staff with an in-depth and open understanding of mental health support. We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work both fulltime and part time within primary and secondary schools across Hayes. Teaching Assistants will work 1:1 and in small groups delivering behaviour and education support programmes to pupils.

The schools we are working with are looking for Teaching Assistants or those with mental health support experience that are:

• Open to working in schools with young people aged between 5-11 who have been unable to learn in mainstream schools for a range of reasons such as mental health, special need diagnosis, being in care, being at risk of or being abused.
• Dedicated and consistent as building and maintaining positive relationships is vital.
• Passionate about working with children.
• Willingness to learn from highly experienced schools.

There are multiple SEN teaching assistant roles available for both full time and part time hours.  There are also permanent opportunities available for those who would like to continue in our schools.

• Flexible availability

• Teaching Assistant, Youth work or school support background
