Job description

SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Difference

Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and help transform lives every day.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with students who need extra support, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
  • A genuine desire to support young people with additional needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in education or care (desirable but not essential)
  • Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
